OSB & CC has four offices for lease on the ground floor. These offices vary slightly in size, but all are remodeled spaces, with an industrial flare showing in the open beam ceilings.
Natural light is abundant through the new exterior windows, created to replicate the originals of the building.
Old Stoney’s original pine, hardwood floors are featured throughout the building and in all office spaces on the ground floor.
Two offices feature the original exterior windows on their interior walls to showcase some of the building’s history.
